Keeping the commandments of God

Someone wrote on my wife's Facebook wall that not keeping the Sabbath (Sundays) would not affect their salvation. Commandment #6You shall not murder. If I continue to spiritually murder by hating someone, will it not affect my salvation? Commandment #8, thou shall not steal. If we kept stealing, would it not affect our salvation? Commandment #9, You shall not bear false witness. If I continue to bear false witness, will it NOT affect my salvation?


Commandment # 1, you shall have NO gods before me. If I continue to bow down to other gods or idols of the world, will it NOT affect my salvation? So on and so on....


Why is it that everyone can agree not to break all the commandments except NUMBER 4. If we know if we broke any of the commandments continuously and habitually without repenting, would we not be destined for wrath and judgment? 


How is it then can people think they can break the 4TH commandment continuously and habitually but still enter the Kingdom of God? 


Yet today, people think Grace is going to save them as they continue to trample on their own life line. Are many not stealing? Many cheat the IRS or taxes. Many when given too much change from the cash register will not give it back. Will you risk going to HELL for a miserably few dollars? Will risk going to Hell because you do not want to pay a few hundred dollars on your taxes? There is a difference if you do not have it but if you have it, you better give what is due to Caesar and give what is due to God.


Will you continue to commit adultery and fornicate thinking you are under Grace to do such a thing?  How many Christians in the western church have committed abortions!!! Are we going to humble ourselves and repent yet? 


Will we continue to hate our in laws? Are we going to say "I forgive you" but I never want to see your face? Is this forgiving? This is forgiving with your head and not your heart! 


Are we going to continue to give God only one hour on the Lord's Day and then go out with the heathen friends to enjoy what we define as our blessings? If we continue break the 4th commandment, do we not think it will affect our salvation?


Many are deceived. Do not think the 10 commandments  were abolished. There is a great difference between ceremonial law and LAW.


Romans 3:31 (AMP) Do we then by [this] faith make the Law of no effect, overthrow it or make it a dead letter? Certainly not! On the contrary, we confirm and establish and uphold the Law.


Revelation 14:12(AMP) Here [comes in a call for] the steadfastness of the saints [the patience, the endurance of the people of God], those who [habitually] keep God's commandments and [their] faith in Jesus.


Ecclesiastes 12:13 (AMP)All has been heard; the end of the matter is: Fear God [revere and worship Him, knowing that He is] and keep His commandments, for this is the whole of man [the full, original purpose of his creation, the object of God's providence, the root of character, the foundation of all happiness, the adjustment to all inharmonious circumstances and conditions under the sun] and the whole [duty] for every man.


Grace gives us the ability to follow God's commandments for that is the definition of LOVING HIM!!
