When it comes to prophecy, many Christians are willing to discern and be cautious. But when it comes to visions and dreams, it seems many do not discern whether it be from the enemy or from God. So many are being led astray. Do you think the devil will give you a vision of his face? No, he will give you a vision of something relating to heaven.
2 Corinthians 11:14-15 (AMP)And it is no wonder, for Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light; 15 So it is not surprising if his servants also masquerade as ministers of righteousness. [But] their end will correspond with their deeds.
Deception is not as black and white as many think. Most Christian look out their window and are very proud thinking they are not deceived like the Muslims, the Hindus, the Buddists, the JW, the Mormons, the Catholics, and other cults. But the devil is an ancient being as well. He does not need to sleep or eat as we do. He has all day to come after you onslaught after onslaught. Many Christians think they are smarter than the devil. Well, the devil has your number. It is not the other way around. The deception you must look for is within our ranks!
Deception from the devil is like a slight of hand trick. He will not come at you with 98% false message and 2% good. He will come to bait and hook you with 98% good message and then give you the 2% that will send you to HELL. You must be on FULL Guard with the FULL Armor of God to discern. Do not be swayed easily because the message taste sweet. Truth generally hurts. Truth is the Sword and when you hear it without compromise, it will Pierce you deep inside. Many know the Truth but still deny it.
Be careful brethren, when the devil gives you a vision or dream, he is not going to take you to the real heaven. He will attempt to deceive you by masquerading as an angel of light. Many are willing to test prophecy but they are reluctant to test their vision and dreams. It is a pride issue that we do not want it questioned?
During your prayers, you MUST BIND and CAST out deception and delusion constantly. You must call for the Blood of Jesus and the Fire of God on your prayers, mind, thoughts, and brain. You Must ask the Holy Spirit help you so you do NOT get deceived, so you do NOT get corrupted, and you do NOT fall away.
Too many Christians acting like a bunch of teenagers who think they are invincible. You must be like a child holding on to Father for dear life.
