Compromise will lead to Rejection by the Lord by Yoojin Kim

Hosea 4:6-7 6My people are destroyed for lack of knowledgebecause you have rejectedknowledge, reject you from being a priest to me. And since you have forgotten the law of your God, I also will forget your children.7 The more they increased, the more they sinned against me; I will change their glory into shame.

1 Peter 2:9 But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light.

In present time, we represent Him as a royal priesthood. Back in the Old Testament, what were the consequences of a priest sinning? What would have happened to a priest if he preached the compromised law of God? What would have happened if he preached a message that people were able to choose their own Sabbath day? What if the priest said that God was not a cruel God but He was a God of love and therefore He would understand little bit of sin and little bit of compromise? Such priests would be struck dead by the Lord. God would replace them with obedient priests. If one does not properly and seriously handle their job accordingly, they will be replaced. It is not that God does not have anyone to utilize, God has other people who are willing and who will not compromise His commands.

Then why is it so different today? Just because Jesus came and died on the cross, does this give us a license to compromise His commandments and reject His Word? Did the death of Jesus changed God’s nature? Is our God now the God who allows a “little” sin and a “little” compromise? No! Absolutely not! If you read most of books in the Old Testament, you will see what our God is capable of allowing and judging. He is so holy and just. He had to judge His own people. He in fact killed so many of His people for His people did not fear Him enough that they had sinned and rebelled against Him. His judgments at the end actually turned out to be blessing for His people because they were crying out to God as they were repenting.

How has America become a nation of whores? She has forsaken God. She cheats with the world. She is in love with the worldly things (idols)! She has taken out the 10 commandants from the public schools! She has compromised the 4th commandment and now most of the Christians are defiling His Holy day, Sunday, the Lord’s Day!! The Supreme Court has taken out the 10 commandments of God! Her actions are an expression of rejection! We have brought curses upon our land. We have no one to blame except us! We are being destroyed and will be completely destroyed very soon if America does not repent. Now, our children are facing God’s judgment. Whose fault is it that our children must suffer?

1Samuel 1-3 Samuel also said to Saul, “The LORD sent me to anoint you king over His people, over Israel. Now therefore, heed the voice of the words of the LORD. Thus says the LORD of hosts: ‘I will punish Amalek for what he did to Israel, how he ambushed him on the way when he came up from Egypt. Now go and attack Amalek, and utterly destroy all that they have, and do not spare them. Butkill both man and woman, infant and nursing child, ox and sheep, camel and donkey.’”

Look very carefully, the Lord commanded kill ALL and utterly destroy. Let us look at next verse.

1 Samuel 9-11 Saul and the people spared Agag and the best of the sheep, oxen, fatlings, lambs, and all that was good, and would not utterly destroy them; but all that was undesirable or worthless they destroyed utterly. Then the word of the Lord came to Samuel, saying, I regret making Saul king, for he has turned back from following Me and has not performed My commands.

Here, King Saul spared the Amalek king and other worthy looking animals. He did not utterly destroy them but he picked and chose what to kill and what not too. Today, Christians pick and choose according to their own judgment, even God’s commandments.

1 Samuel 13,15 Blessed are you of the Lord. I have performed what the Lord ordered. Saul said, They have brought them from the Amalekites; for the people spared the best of the sheep and oxen to sacrifice to the Lord your God, but the rest we have utterly destroyed.

He had compromised and disobeyed God according to his judgment of circumstances and own wisdom. He is justifying his actions and on the surface his reason sound reasonable. Does this sound familiar? The 4th commandment, on the Lord ’s Day, some people work and  say, “I do good things. I spend money to advance God’s kingdom!” But who can say they are allowed to spend money if the money was used to advance kingdom? Did the Lord directed it or are they creating their own authority? Pretty soon, there will be many who will have their own “good excuse” to spend money.
Now, let us read king Saul’s excuse.

1 Samuel 19-21 Why then did you not obey the voice of the Lord, but swooped down upon the plunder and did evil in the Lord's sight? Saul said to Samuel, Yes, I have obeyed the voice of the Lord and have gone the way which the Lord sent me, and have brought Agag king of Amalek and have utterly destroyed the Amalekites. But the people took from the spoil sheep and oxen, the chief of the things to be utterly destroyed, to sacrifice to the Lord your God in Gilgal.

Any disobedience is considered evil in the eyes of the Lord. However, Saul thought he had obeyed.  Many Christians believe they are in obedience. But they have defined their own obedience. They have given God terms.

1 Samuel 15:23 For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as idolatry and teraphim (household good luck images). Because you have rejected the word of the Lord, He also has rejected you from being king.
Actions may look good on the surface but a little compromise will make God reject us. Without repentance, our final destiny will be hell. It sound very extreme but this is truth. Remember, God never changes. His nature is as same. Jesus came and died a horrible death.

We now have grace to repent. Let us observe His commandments without compromising.

Do not compromise or reject His truth under the banner of uniting for the sake of uniting or the sake of man’s love. Unite under the banner of His TRUTH! The time of separation is here.  Separation is occurring as judgment is in the horizon. Depending on where you have lined up, your final destiny may be made. It is all your choice brethren. Do not harden your heart, but humble yourselves.

Hebrews 3:8 (AMP)  Do not harden your hearts, as [happened] in the rebellion [of Israel] and their provocation and[a]embitterment [of Me] in the day of testing in the wilderness,

Glory to God!!
Fire of God!
