Then he said, “Don’t be afraid, Daniel. Since the first day you began to pray for understanding and to humble yourself before your God, your request has been heard in heaven. I have come in answer to your prayer. (Daniel 10:12 NLT)
Daniel prayed for understanding and humility and as a result he experienced an angel sent from heaven. Many desire the spiritual experiences but do not have the understanding nor humility to receive them. Proper order of our growth will result in everything. We must learn to be patient and cleansed to receive further and higher instructions. The proper order shows where our heart is whether we are seeking HIS Will or our will.
