1 Tim 2:14-15 And it was not Adam who was deceived by Satan. The woman was deceived, and sin was the result. 15 But women will be saved through childbearing,[c] assuming they continue to live in faith, love, holiness, and modesty.
When we go back to Genesis chapter 3, we find that Eve was first deceived. Eve or the women are to be the man's helper. The man or Adam is the one in authority over the earth. Eve or women are to be the man's helper, adviser, one who influences, and so on.
Kings, prime ministers, presidents, and ones in authority have advisers, wise men, counselors, and people of knowledge to help make decisions. But it is the king or president that makes the final decision. With the families, the wives were called to be the helpers for the husbands.
Genesis 3:17-19 And to the man he said,
“Since you listened to your wife and ate from the tree
whose fruit I commanded you not to eat,
the ground is cursed because of you.
All your life you will struggle to scratch a living from it.
18 It will grow thorns and thistles for you,
though you will eat of its grains.
19 By the sweat of your brow
will you have food to eat
until you return to the ground
from which you were made.
For you were made from dust,
and to dust you will return.”
It was Eve who had given the forbidden fruit to Adam and thus because of Eve's mistake, Adam will pay the price. Everything Adam or the husband touches is now cursed. The forbidden fruit can represent many things. The forbidden fruit can represent disobedience to God's Will, sin, listening to false prophesy, and so on.
I know a personal story in which God called a certain couple. They were called to the nations to go on missions. The family had a business and a lived in a nice neighborhood. The husband wanted to sell most everything and go to God's work. But the wife resisted. The wife wanted to stay, keep the business, and buy their million dollar home. At the end, the husband agreed with the wife. They bought a nice home worth a million dollars. Life seem to be great. Then in several months, the husband was struck with a rare brain disorder. He was the 6th person in the USA to have such a disease. He lived in a twilight zone. His memory was affected. He could not remember what had just happened 5 minutes prior. He would go up to familiar people and say, "Hey, we have met before?" Then he would greet the same person the same way when he saw him/her again a little later. However, he still retained the knowledge of God. He was still able to worship but his mind was in disorder. He could no longer keep his business. They were losing everything and because of his condition, he could not repent!
My wife and I had prophesy to the wife that she needed to repent and do God's Will and calling. But she reported us to her pastor and we were shut down. She was the key to his healing. She was the key to their salvation. She was the only one now in authority to repent on behalf of her husband and family. It was she who had given the forbidden fruit to the husband.
Even though Eve was the first to sin, it is Adam or the husband to pay the price. However, there is still the possibility for restoration. But Eve is the key. Even is the one created to be the helper. Eve is the one to be intercession for the husband and family. This is why many churches are filled with women. The women are called to pray for the families restoration.
Gensis3:16 To the woman He said, I will greatly multiply your grief and your suffering in pregnancy and the pangs of childbearing; with spasms of distress you will bring forth children. Yet your desire and craving will be for your husband, and he will rule over you.
Yes, the physical birth pains has increased but the spiritual birth pain has even greatly increased. In order for restoration and life, the wives and mothers must now pray longer, suffering more from their husbands (unbelievers/religious), grieving more from the circumstances of life. It will not be a quick prayer fix. The wives and mothers must be on their knees to endure the spiritual pangs of childbearing. In 1 Tim 2, the birthing is for the Child. The capital "C" is the birthing of life into the family and husband. The capital "C" or Child is the birth of salvation or Jesus through their prayers and intercession. In 1 Tim 2 verse 15 "But women will be saved through childbearing,[c] assuming they continue to live in faith, love, holiness, and modesty." It is still conditional to the women assuming they CONTINUE to live in faith, love, holiness, and modesty.
Luke 23:28 (AMP) But Jesus, turning toward them, said, Daughters of Jerusalem, do not weep for Me, but weep for yourselves and for your children.
To the wives and mothers, do not look at your husbands and your circumstances. You have been created to be the helper of your husbands. Your job is to be on your knees and pray even if it take years to intercede for your husbands and families. Do not be expecting your husbands to fulfill your roles. Do not be blaming them. We are all paying the price for the original fall. You are called to be the spiritual Proverbs 31 wife.
Proverbs 31:10-15 Who can find a virtuous and capable wife?
She is more precious than rubies.
11 Her husband can trust her,
and she will greatly enrich his life.
12 She brings him good, not harm,
all the days of her life.
13 She finds wool and flax
and busily spins it.
14 She is like a merchant’s ship,
bringing her food from afar.
15 She gets up before dawn to prepare breakfast for her household
and plan the day’s work for her servant girls.
Preparing breakfast is not about physical food only but spiritually preparing the day through her prayers.
