Who are the wolves in sheep clothes?

Matthew 7:15
Beware of false prophets, who come to you dressed as sheep, but inside they are devouring wolves.

Scriptures says the false prophets come dressed as sheep. It does not say dressed as shepherds. Although, there are many shepherds who may be in error out there, it is the sheep among yourselves that are more dangerous to one another. Most of the people in Facebook, in the congregation, and on the internet have no authority to teach or preach. They are wolves dressed as sheep. They are the false prophets prophesying to you or preaching about wrong end times revelations. Many do not even realize they are the devouring wolves and the many continue to stumble one another. They are the ones submitting their dreams and visions without any discernment. Where there is no anointing, there is no authority. One may have much knowledge but where is the revelation? Many are chasing one another for their dreams, visions, and prophesy and not chasing JESUS.

Tithing - to always teach us to fear the Lord

Deuteronomy 14:22-23 (AMP) You shall surely tithe all the yield of your seed produced by your field each year. And you shall eat before the Lord your God in the place in which He will cause His Name [and Presence] to dwell the tithe (tenth) of your grain, your new wine, your oil, and the firstlings of your herd and your flock, that you may learn [reverently] to fear the Lord your God always.

One main reason we tithe (10%) to God is to teach us to ALWAYS fear the Lord. If God is the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow, why would HE stop something that is to always teach us to have reverence for HIM? Moreover, many Christians think they can tithe wherever they wish. Many think they can tithe to the poor and at the places of their discretion. But scripture says you are to bring the tithe to the place in which HE will cause HIS Name to dwell the tithe....

Here is the NLT version. We are to bring our tithe to the designated place of worship.

Deuteronomy 14:22-23 (NLT) “You must set aside a tithe of your crops—one-tenth of all the crops you harvest each year. 23 Bring this tithe to the designated place of worship—the place the Lord your God chooses for his name to be honored—and eat it there in his presence. This applies to your tithes of grain, new wine, olive oil, and the firstborn males of your flocks and herds. Doing this will teach you always to fear the Lord your God.

If you see a poor person on the street and decide to give part of your tithe to that person, is that place or person a place of worship in which you are to give your tithe? OF COURSE NOT! God will not be mocked. Do not deceive yourselves into making your own decisions of how to tithe what is already God's. If you like to give to the poor, then do so out of your own heart and offering but do not mix it with what is God's first or tenth.

Many Christians today say tithing is no longer because it is part of the "law." In Malachi, God said that withholding tithes and offering is to rob HIM and we would be cursed with a curse for robbing HIM. Is it part of the "law" in which we are no longer under? We must discern this statement for it has been abused and used generically to the advantage of our own flesh rather than HIS Glory.

Matthew 23:23 (AMP) Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, pretenders (hypocrites)! For you give a tenth of your mint and dill and cummin, and have neglected and omitted the weightier (more important) matters of the Law—right and justice and mercy and fidelity. These you ought [particularly] to have done, without neglecting the others.

Jesus rebuked the Pharisees harshly in the above verse for neglecting righteousness, justice, mercy, and fidelity. The Pharisees were giving their tenth but they did not do what was more important, matters of the Law - right and justice, mercy, and fidelity. It says, "MATTERS OF THE LAW." Jesus is saying the tenth or tithe is matters of the Law but so are right, justice, mercy, and fidelity. Are we to say because we are no longer under the law that we do not have to do right, justice, mercy, and fidelity?

Matthew 23:23 (NLT) “What sorrow awaits you teachers of religious law and you Pharisees. Hypocrites! For you are careful to tithe even the tiniest income from your herb gardens,[a] but you ignore the more important aspects of the law—justice, mercy, and faith. You should tithe, yes, but do not neglect the more important things

In the NLT version, Jesus states "YOU SHOULD TITHE" but they had neglected the more important things. Jesus grouped all this in one and as the matters of the LAW. We must discern what "laws" we are no longer under and what "Law" we are to uphold. Just because many professing Christians use the term "no longer under the law" does not mean everything including God's commandments.

Romans 3:31 (AMP) Do we then by [this] faith make the Law of no effect, overthrow it or make it a dead letter? Certainly not! On the contrary, we confirm and establish and uphold the Law.

We do not tithe to receive a blessing. The blessing was already spoken by Melchizedek to Abraham and then Abraham gave him a tenth. We tithe to continue in the blessing. We tithe so that it will always teach us to fear in the Lord our God.

Are you HIS servant or have you made HIM your servant?

Deuteronomy 8:10-20 When you have eaten your fill, be sure to praise the Lord your God for the good land he has given you.11 “But that is the time to be careful! Beware that in your plenty you do not forget the Lord your God and disobey his commands, regulations, and decrees that I am giving you today.12 For when you have become full and prosperous and have built fine homes to live in, 13 and when your flocks and herds have become very large and your silver and gold have multiplied along with everything else, BE CAREFUL! 14 Do not become proud at that time and forget the Lord your God, who rescued you from slavery in the land of Egypt.

When people need a job, they pray and cry out to HIM. When God gives them a job, many are too busy for HIM. When people are sick or their loved ones are sick, they pray and cry out to HIM. When they are healed, they are back to their own time. When people are hungry, they pray and cry out to HIM for food. When God answers, their stomachs are full and then they go back to doing their own things again rather than continuing to move forward with HIM.

Too many of God's people use God as their servant. They do not serve HIM because HE is God but because HE can give them something. This is why so many of our lives are in chaos and without peace.

James 4:3-4 (AMP) [Or] you do ask [God for them] and yet fail to receive, because you ask with wrong purpose and evil, selfish motives. Your intention is [when you get what you desire] to spend it in sensual pleasures. 4 You [are like] unfaithful wives [having illicit love affairs with the world and breaking your marriage vow to God]! Do you not know that being the world’s friend is being God’s enemy? So whoever chooses to be a friend of the world takes his stand as an enemy of God.

God will answer and receive you when you separate yourself from the world. Just because you profess to be a Christian does not mean everything is fine. You are called to cleanse yourselves from the world. This is the sanctification process after accepting Jesus as Lord and Savior.

2 Corinthians 6:17-18 (AMP) So, come out from among [unbelievers], and separate (sever) yourselves from them, says the Lord, and touch not [any] unclean thing; then I will receive you kindly and treat you with favor, 18 And I will be a Father to you, and you shall be My sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty.

2 Corinthians 7:1 (AMP) Therefore, since these [great] promises are ours, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from everything that contaminates and defiles body and spirit, and bring [our] consecration to completeness in the [reverential] fear of God.

Serve God because you Love HIM. If you love HIM then you will keep His commandments and have reverential fear of HIM. If you love HIM then you will obey HIM. If you love HIM then you will spend TIME with HIM. If you love HIM then you will tithe and offer what is already HIS. If you love HIM then you will keep the Lord's Day Holy keeping the 4th commandment. But where is your time with HIM? Spending all day in Facebook is not spending His Time with HIM. Seek HIM because HE is God and NOT because HE can answer your needs. They will be added on to you if your order is correct.
Seek to KNOW HIM rather than just knowing about HIM.

You must remove all sin from your lives. Do not say you are not perfect and God sees your heart. The bible says our hearts are wicked. HE looks at your works of obedience or disobedience. To the seven churches in Revelation, HE says "I know your works!" to all the churches (KJV). HE didn't say he knows your heart. He is looking at your works of obedience or disobedience. We can overcome all sin because the bible says we can do all through Christ who strengthens me.

Why do we keep falling?

Many wonder why they have such a difficult time walking with God. They ask themselves, why do they continue to keep falling and making the same mistakes over and over again? Why are so many having a hard time overcoming their trials, tests, and personal tribulations? Yes, many may be in the mist of such trials and tests and the outcome is yet to be determined. But many are hiding from God just asAdam had hid when God had walked in the garden. Adam hid because of his sin. However, God stilled called Adam out. God wanted Adam to walk with HIM. Even in your shortcomings, failures, and mistakes, God is still calling you to walk with HIM.

But first, we must come back into the light and let HIS Light expose our sin and weaknesses. Why do so many Christians fall away or fail? The answer can be found as we look at Solomon's walk with God. He started out great and prospered abundantly. But in his physical prosperity, he began to marry the pagan women that had brought idols into his kingdom. When life gets easy for us, we began to marry the conveniences of the world. We begin to marry the entertainments of the world. We are lured by the lusts of the world if we are not careful.

1 Kings 11:1-2 (AMP) But King Solomon [defiantly] loved many foreign women—the [a]daughter of Pharaoh, women of the Moabites, Ammonites, Edomites, Sidonians, and Hittites.2 They were of the very nations of whom the Lord said to the Israelites, You shall not mingle with them, neither shall they mingle with you, for surely they will turn away your hearts after their gods. Yet Solomon clung to these in love.

We are kingdoms and priests. And as we become physically prosperous, we are led away by the beautiful women of the world. In the spiritual sense, the beautiful women spiritual speaking are the lustful coveting things of the world.

Solomon was responsible for building God's beautiful temple. But at the end, he ended up loving the idols. Today, we can make the same mistake. We can start off very well building God's temple (you are the temple now) with wisdom, prosperity, and obedience. But the moment we disobey, this seed of disobedience will produce many bad fruits. Solomon was told not to mingle with them.

When you wonder why there is no breakthrough, when you wonder why you seem to fall all the time, when you wonder why you are the tail and not the head, when you wonder why you can't seem to pass your trials, tests, and tribulations, then look at your heart and examine yourselves and determine what idols are in there that you love. You may think it is trivial but does God? Have you asked HIM whether you have idols in your heart or not? You must ask HIM. Do not determine it for yourselves for you are not God. You must subject yourself to full obedience under His authority. You must walk with HIM. You must walk His path. You must walk His ways. Your own personal ways will lead to a wide road and to destruction.

Watch your own fruit. What fruit are you producing? Are you producing the fruit of the Holy Spirit or are you producing the fruit of death? Then determine what seed is in your heart. You must submit to HIM. You must cry out to HIM. HE must be your Everything and only thing. His Name is Jealous. Are you jealous for HIM? Or are you after other lovers? If you were His first Love and if there are no idols in your heart and if we are in full obedience to HIM, would we not be the head and walking with HIM in full authority?

YOU ARE THE GOD WHO SEES ME

“She gave this name to the Lord who spoke to her: “You are the God who sees me,” for she said, “I have now seen the One who sees me.” 14 That is why the well was called Beer Lahai Roi; it is still there, between Kadesh and Bered.” Genesis 16:13

In Genesis 16, the Angel of the Lord found Hagar, the Egyptian maidservant of Abram and Sarai wandering in the wilderness. When Sarah could not conceive she gave Hagar to Abram and Hagar became pregnant. Sarai mistreated Hagar and she dealt harshly with her so she fled from her.

During this crisis, the Lord revealed Himself to Hagar. Hagar was not expecting that the Lord would see her. But during this difficult moment of her life when she doesn’t know where to go and what to do, she met the Lord and she called Him “The God Who sees me.” There is a God who sees her and knows her by name. There is a God who cares for her and loves her.

Our God is a God who sees us and knows all about our life and our circumstances. He is the One who knows our heart. He sees us during our ups and downs. He knows our past and future and He cares for everyone. Whether we know the Lord or not, He still sees us. He knows what we are going through and He’s the One who says to us as He said to Hagar, “Return and Submit.”

Then the angel of the Lord told her, “Go back to your mistress and submit to her.” Genesis 16:9

Hagar was fleeing because she was mistreated by Sarai. She wants to escape, go somewhere far from the person who was hurting her. She wants to be free and begin a new life even she didn’t know where to go. Where can she go?

It is at this moment that the Lord talked to her and told her to return and submit herself to Sarai. If we were Hagar, will we return and submit ourselves to the person who is hurting us? Will we go back to the place where our situation is hard? Hagar obeyed the Lord and she went back to Sarai and Abram. She felt the love of God when she realized that there is a God who sees and cares for her. God wants her to submit to the situation where she dislikes. She realized that even her situation is difficult; Daddy God will be the One who will work it out. Daddy God will take care of her. All she must do is to submit. Will we return and submit ourselves to God? Yes, the Lord knows what you are going through. Yes, He knows that you are hurting. He knows that you are having a hard time. He knows that it is difficult for you. But He is God and if He’s the One who brought you in that place, He will be the One to deliver you and He will make a way for you. To do anything else ahead of His will and to decide to escape and clear our own way is folly. We must learn to depend on God whatever our circumstances are.

The Angel of the Lord gave Hagar a promise that He will multiply her descendants. Blessings will come when we obey God.

Do we know what it means to know that God sees? Many know that God sees but they don’t know it by heart. They know that God sees but they keep on doing their own ways. They know that God sees but they still keep on sinning. They know that God sees but they keep on breaking His heart. To truly know that God sees means submitting our self to Him and entrusting our whole life into His hands regardless of our circumstances. The God who sees us knows the situation we are in. To know that God sees means that we would rather die than to break His heart. To know that God sees means dying in our flesh and living a life that is pleasing to God. To know that God sees means having peace and joy in our hearts knowing that God will never forsake or abandon us as long as we are under His will.

O LORD, you have examined my heart, and know everything about me.
You know when I sit down or stand up.
You know my thoughts even when I'm far away.
You see me when I travel and when I rest at home.
You know everything I do.
You know what I am going to say even before I say it, LORD.
You go before me and follow me.
You place your hand of blessing on my head.
Such knowledge is too wonderful for me, too great for me to understand!
How precious are your thoughts about me, O God.
They cannot be numbered!
I can't even count them; they outnumber the grains of sand!
And when I wake up, you are still with me! Psalm 139:1-6, 17-18

Self Preservation

Matthew 4:1-3 (AMP) Then Jesus was led (guided) by the [Holy] Spirit into the wilderness (desert) to be tempted (tested and tried) by the devil.2 And He went without food for forty days and forty nights, and later He was hungry.3 And the tempter came and said to Him, If You are God’s Son, command these stones to be made [[a]loaves of] bread.

It is God who leads us to our wilderness to be tested and tried. He wants to test our hearts. He wants to teach us to trust HIM and not ourselves. It is in our moments of weakness when the enemy comes to tempt us. When Jesus was hungry, the tempter came and said, If You are God’s Son, command these stones to be made [[a]loaves of] bread.

This hunger is when we are in our weak moments. Our flesh is screaming for food. Our flesh is screaming to be saved. Our flesh is screaming for self preservation. Our flesh wants to live.

This hunger can represent when we are in our moments of hurt. It can be our moments of rejection. It can be our moments of danger. It can be our moments of anger. It can be our moments of helplessness. It can be our moments of confusion. It can be our moments of abandonment. This hunger is a moment in which a choice must be made, life or death.

Then the devil comes and says, If You are God’s Son, command these stones to be made [[a]loaves of] bread.

The devil did not bring Jesus bread. The devil has no power until we listen to him. He was asking Jesus to command the stones to be turned into bread. It was a trick. The devil was telling Jesus to create His own plan or a way to save HIMSELF.

The devil comes to us in our weak moments and tells us to plan our own strategy or exit plan to save ourselves rather than waiting and relying on God. Many Christians attempt to save themselves by making their own choices in their moments of hunger. Many Christians have created their own works to save themselves in their finances, family, and personal ambitions and future. The flesh is seeking self preservation. But God is trying to have us crucify and kill our flesh. In our hunger, the flesh must die so the spirit may live.

You must trust God even if you have to die. Even if HE slays us, we must trust HIM. You must allow HIM to finish the process with you. We must finish our process on our own cross.

Job 13:15 (AMP) [I do it because, though He slay me, yet will I wait for and trust Him and] behold, He will slay me; I have no hope—nevertheless, I will maintain and argue my ways before Him and even to His face.

We must die to ourselves. It is a requirement to enter heaven. Anger cannot enter the Kingdom of God. Unforgiveness cannot enter the Kingdom of God. Your bitterness cannot enter the Kingdom of God. Drinking and smoking cannot enter the Kingdom of God. Promiscuity cannot enter the Kingdom of God. NO sin cannot enter the Kingdom of God. Repent and turn from your wicked ways. Cry out to HIM for help to overcome!

In your moments of hunger, do not let the flesh come alive but die to yourself so that you may LIVE!! As Jesus said, NOT MY WILL BUT YOUR WILL BE DONE! May our Will be HIS WILL.

Psalm 23:4 (AMP) Yes, though I walk through the [deep, sunless] valley of the shadow of death, I will fear or dread no evil, for You are with me; Your rod [to protect] and Your staff [to guide], they comfort me.

You are being winnowed

Matthew 3:12 (AMP) His winnowing fan (shovel, fork) is in His hand, and He will thoroughly clear out and clean His threshing floor and gather and store His wheat in His barn, but the chaff He will burn up with fire that cannot be put out.

The Lord is clearing and cleaning out His threshing floor to gather the wheat. Where is this threshing floor? In 2 Samuel 24, King David bought a threshing floor from Araunah. God had sent a plague against His people and to stop the curse King David was told to buy a threshing floor and make  sacrifices. This threshing floor that King David had bought would be the place where his son Solomon would build God's temple. It is the altar. It is the church.

What is the purpose of the threshing floor? It is where grain is gathered and the chaff or husk are separated. The oxen are first brought in to crush the chaff from the wheat. Then the farmer would winnow to let the wind carry the chaff and let the grain or wheat fall to the ground.

Whenever, we come to the altar and plead our case to God, it will require a cost. There is nothing for free. The world and heathens are always looking to get something for free but we Christians should always pay what we owe. When we come to the altar, we may have to give up something. We will have to give up our idols. We may have to give up our time of some worldly activities. We may have to give up some things we enjoy from the world. We will have to give an offering. We must stop robbing HIM. He said in HIS Word that none should come to HIM empty handed. King David said he will not offer any sacrifices that have cost him nothing. Is God our servant that we come empty handed and expect HIM to deliver us?

The breaking and cleansing of His people is done at the church. It is done in the threshing floor. It is done in the temple. And if you are the church, it is not only done in the physical church but in yourselves.

The oxen can represent a heavy circumstance or situation to come crush the flesh out of you. The more stubborn and stiffed neck you are, the heavier the discipline or harsher your wilderness. We are like sheep that has gone astray and must be brought back to the obedience of the faith. We are like wild horses that needs to be broken. Once the oxen crushes our flesh, the winnowing process begins. The farmer will toss or winnow the wheat and chaff so the wind will blow the chaff away. The chaff or husk is our flesh and must be separated from the wheat. The wheat is our spirit and the chaff is the flesh. But you can choose to be blown away with the chaff. You can choose to let your flesh win. The wind can represent many things. Yes, the wind can represent the Holy Spirit but in this case it represents the cares of the world. The wind can represent money, idols, bad teachings, false prophesy, and any worldly things. These things will ship wreck your faith.

Ephesians 4:14(AMP) So then, we may no longer be children, tossed [like ships] to and fro between chance gusts of teaching and wavering with every changing wind of doctrine, [the prey of] the cunning and cleverness of [a]unscrupulous men, [gamblers engaged] in every shifting form of trickery in inventing errors to mislead.

Some farmers may use a basket to toss the grain or wheat as a winnowing effect. As the farmer tosses, the heavier grain comes closer to the farmer and the chaff goes farther out. The farmer is God and HE is tosses so that His people who allow HIM to winnow and crush their flesh come closer to HIM. It is only through brokenness we can come closer to HIM. The grain or wheat that are stubborn and in which the chaff does not come off, the farmer will see the distinguished grain with the chaff and pick and toss it out. You must let go of your flesh. You must let go of your unforgiving heart. You must let the past of hurt go. You must let the resentment go. You must let the bitterness go. Otherwise, you will be plucked out and thrown into the fires of Hell. Such things cannot enter the Kingdom of God.

A message is coming from the altar. The message is the Word of God and it is cutting through your heart to make a choice. Moses after witnessing the golden calf told the people of God to choose. The Word of God is demanding people to choose. They must choose life or death. Separate yourselves from the world and the things of the world so that you do not participate in her plagues. Separate and be consecrated so that HE may use you as a clean vessel. Allow HIM to break you and stop resisting the Holy Spirit.

Revelation 18:4 (AMP) I then heard another voice from heaven saying, Come out from her, my people, so that you may not share in her sins, neither participate in her plagues.
