A soldier for God is on a need to know basis. Sometimes, there are things that we are not allowed to know until our appointed time. Therefore, do not overstep your authority. A soldier of the cross may have many gifts. A soldier for God is part of the Body of Christ. Other soldiers may have different gifts so why would we want to get jealous of one another? If one is the foot, why would the hand get jealous over the foot receiving a pair of shoes? Why would the foot get jealous over the hand getting a pair of gloves? A soldier of the Cross does not get jealous over each other's gifts. A soldier of the Cross does not get so easily offended. For much, if not all, of their flesh has been crucified with Christ. A soldier of the Cross has been through enough of life and has paid their price to know it is only the Lord who is Worthy. A soldier of the Cross has testimonies to share represented by the battle and scar marks of his/her armor. A soldier of the Cross is an OVERCOMER because he/she is born of God!! A Solider of the Cross walks in Love and humility. They know they have nothing to boast except for the Lord. They know all their gifts, talents, knowledge, wisdom, discernment, revelations, etc are all the Lord's. A soldier of the Cross has been training in their wildernesses preparing for the final war. A solider of the Cross is ready to be martyred. A soldier of the Cross will lay down his/her life for one another. A soldier of the Cross will go home when the Lord says it is time and no sooner.
John 15:12-14 (AMP)
12This is My commandment: that you love one another [just] as I have loved you.13No one has greater love [no one has shown stronger affection] than to lay down (give up) his own life for his friends.14You are My friends if you keep on doing the things which I command you to do.
